UltraCard Rivals Privacy Policy

1. Information we process

• Account and player profile data: email address, username, display name, avatar, player ID and country code.
• Gameplay data: progress, coins, unlocked collections, match results, statistics, friends and invitations.
• Technical and security data needed to operate, diagnose and protect the service.
• Advertising and purchase information processed by Google Play or advertising providers where those features are used.

2. Facebook Login and Meta Platform Data

If you choose “Connect with Facebook”, UltraCard Rivals requests public_profile and user_friends. We use:

• your Facebook app-scoped user ID, name and profile picture to connect your game profile and optionally show your Facebook avatar;
• the friends list returned by Facebook, which only includes friends who also use UltraCard Rivals and have granted the same permission, to connect those players as in-game friends.

We do not post to Facebook, access private posts or messages, sell Meta Platform Data, or use it for advertising. Facebook connection is optional and the game remains usable without it.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process information to provide requested game and social features, save progress, authenticate accounts, prevent abuse, support purchases and advertising where enabled, diagnose problems and answer support requests. Depending on the context, processing is based on performance of the service, legitimate interests in operating and securing it, legal obligations, or your consent for optional Facebook features.

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be processed by hosting, security, Google Play, advertising or Meta/Facebook services only as needed to provide their respective functionality, comply with law, or protect the service.

5. Security and international processing

We use access controls and encrypted HTTPS connections to protect information in transit. Information may be processed where our service providers operate, subject to appropriate legal and security safeguards.

6. Retention

We retain account and gameplay information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse and resolve disputes. Facebook-derived data is removed when it is no longer needed or when a valid deletion request is completed.

7. Your choices and deletion

You can disconnect Facebook from the Friends screen in UltraCard Rivals. You can also remove UltraCard Rivals from Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.

To request deletion of your UltraCard Rivals account and associated Facebook-derived data, follow our Data Deletion Instructions or email support@ultracardrivals.com from the email connected to your game account. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership.

8. Children

The service is not directed specifically to children. Users below the age required in their country should use online services only with permission from a parent or guardian.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when the game, law or platform requirements change. The latest version and update date will remain publicly available at this URL.
